What Is Surveyo24?
Surveyo24 is a paid survey platform that will compensate anyone willing to register and complete its online survey programs.
It’s unclear who is behind this platform, as its official website does not clearly display who they are, their company name, or their headquarters. It only states that it is part of Inf-Art.pl, a market research site from Poland.
This platform is also not an independent paid survey provider and merely hosts survey programs from other panels or networks.
How Surveyo24 Works
Here are the steps to join this platform:
- Account Registration: Users need to register on the official website using an active email address.
- Email Verification: Before the account becomes active, users also need to verify their email. The email will include a temporary password generated by the system, which must be changed immediately after the first login.
- Completing Surveys: Once the account is active, users can check the “Survey” menu to complete available surveys.
- Collecting Points: For every survey task successfully completed, users will be rewarded with points, which will be automatically credited to their account balance.
- Redeeming Points: Once a user’s total points reach the minimum redemption threshold, they can make a withdrawal and exchange them for several available reward options.
Example Surveyo24 Tasks
Based on our experience, having registered and directly tested this platform, we completed a survey task that originated from Dynata. In Indonesia, Dynata operates the Opinion World and Valued Opinions panels. The survey ultimately didn’t qualify, likely because we were detected based on our IP address, which had frequently participated in surveys from Opinion World.
However, despite running surveys from the Dynata panel, which usually offers high payouts, this platform provides surprisingly small rewards to its users, giving only 20 Pts for a 20-minute survey.

Not only is its user base minimal in Indonesia, but the platform also has very few users abroad. This is evidenced by its TrustPilot reviews, where it only received a 2.1-star rating from a total of just 22 users.
Furthermore, its official website is safe to visit, provided you ensure that the domain name is exactly “Surveyo24” and not a similar one.

However, here are some of its disadvantages that you should consider before registering:
- Offers Small Rewards: As we mentioned earlier, this platform provides unusually small payments or point rewards.
- Limited Point Redemption Options: The available reward redemption methods only support PayPal and electronic vouchers from international merchants, and do not yet support local e-wallets or shopping vouchers in Indonesia.
- Potential for Scam: This platform or site is not managed by a large, trustworthy market research company, so there is still a significant risk of it becoming a scam or ceasing payments.
