The platform is managed by GrapeData Limited, a company based in the United Kingdom, which has been established for many years.
How GrapeData Works
While it might differ slightly from most survey platforms, its general workflow follows a similar pattern, involving these key steps:
- Account Registration: Before joining, users need to register and create an account using their email address. This registration can be completed either through the mobile app or the official website.
- Email Verification: Within a few seconds of registration, users must also verify their email to activate their account status.
- Completing Tasks: In the “Discover” menu, users will find available tasks that can be completed to earn rewards.
- Reward Withdrawal: Once a user’s earnings reach the minimum withdrawal threshold, they can cash out their rewards via PayPal.

However, this particular task proved to be quite challenging and involved, as it was entirely in English and required remote completion, including direct interviews with guardians of children attending private schools.
GrapeData Payouts
Regarding payment methods or reward withdrawals, this platform initially appeared to offer only one type of payment method: PayPal.
However, after directly contacting their support team to inquire about payment details, we discovered they also support other withdrawal methods like Venmo and bank transfer, in addition to PayPal.
Furthermore, the minimum withdrawal amount is just $1 USD, with payments processed within 5 days after the survey task is approved.
Is GrapeData a Scam?
GrapeData is not a scam. It is managed by a legitimate company, and it has consistently paid its users who have met the payment requirements.
Its current review on TrustPilot, as of June 2025, shows a rating of 2.8 Stars from a total of 427 users. This is considered quite good and suggests a low probability of manipulation.
Additionally, checking reviews on the Google Play Store reveals that the app has a rating of 2.9 Stars from a total of 1,760 reviews and has been downloaded over 100,000 times by Android smartphone users worldwide.
Is GrapeData Safe?
From a data security perspective, it is indeed safe, as the data requested in their survey tasks is only general information and not highly personal data. Technically, the application itself is also secure, provided that you download it directly from official sources like the Google Play Store or AppStore.
Furthermore, make sure to never use GrapeData Mod APK applications that might be found on unofficial third-party APK download sites. Such “Mod” applications are extremely dangerous and unsafe
Pros of GrapeData
This survey application offers several advantages that are quite appealing to new users, such as:
- Easy and Free Registration: Anyone can sign up with just an active email address, and registration is completely free of charge.
- Offers High Rewards: The average survey rewards provided by this platform are quite substantial, especially for users from countries like the United States and Europe, similar to the Respondent survey platform we’ve previously reviewed.

- Guaranteed Safe Website and App: As long as users are utilizing the official website and official application, their security is guaranteed.
Cons of GrapeData
However, it’s also worth noting some of its drawbacks, such as:
- Difficult Survey Tasks: Despite offering relatively high payouts or rewards, the survey tasks provided are quite challenging to complete, especially since most are conducted online via real-time interviews using webcams or voice calls.
- Tasks Available in English: All survey tasks are available in English, or a few other language options like Dutch, Spanish, Italian, and Arabic, but not Indonesian.
- Primarily for Highly Educated Users: Although it accepts registrations from all educational backgrounds, the fact is that if a user’s profile indicates they don’t have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, task invitations will be less frequent. This is because most surveys are indeed aimed at those with higher education.
Conclusion
GrapeData is not a scam; both its website and application are safe to use. However, this platform is not ideal for beginner users who lack experience with online paid survey programs. Furthermore, it’s primarily designed for users with a higher educational background.
